Jolie Cartier, CFM, has extensive experience in facilities management, currently serving as the Executive Director of Facilities Management at California Western School of Law since May 1993, where responsibilities include managing an annual operating budget of $2M and a capital budget ranging from $2M to $8M. Jolie has been an active member of IFMA San Diego since 1997, holding the position of Job Bank Committee Chair and previously serving as President and Vice President. In addition to various leadership roles, Jolie contributed to community service as a Committee Member of the San Diego Rescue Mission Neighborhood Advisory Committee and as Vice President of the Iroquois Owners Association, overseeing operations for a residential homeowners association. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Utah and a Certificate in Facilities Management from UC San Diego Extended Studies.
