Birgit Imponen

Birgit Imponen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in workplace strategy and management. Currently serving as a Board Member at IFMA Sverige since April 2024 and as the Workplace Experience Manager at Electrolux since January 2022, Birgit has previously held key roles at Coor as a Workplace Strategist, where support was provided to various companies on workplace strategies encompassing culture, productivity, and change management. Birgit's extensive career at Tele2 spanned over two decades, during which significant contributions were made as the Tele2 Way@Work Shared Service Center Manager, Facility Manager, and Project Owner, alongside other roles that involved supporting executive leadership and managing office facilities. Birgit's educational foundation includes studies at IHM Business School from 1999 to 2001.
