Enrique Carrero Álvaro

Enrique Carrero Álvaro has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Enrique currently works as a Consultant in Real Estate, starting in March 2023. Previously, from March 2021, they served as the President of IFMA Spain. Before that, Enrique had a long tenure at CBRE, starting in August 2000 and ending in January 2021. During their time at CBRE, they held various roles, including National Director Occupier Services for Corporations. Prior to CBRE, they worked at Toys R Us as an Industrial Buyer from 1997 to 2000, and at Ernst & Young as an Auditor in 1995.

Enrique Carrero Álvaro has a diverse education background. Enrique obtained a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 1994. Later, in 1997, they pursued a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Georgetown University. In 2003, they achieved a Master's Degree in International Real Estate Sciences from Nottingham Trent University. Lastly, in 2015, they attended IESE Business School for the PDG - Management program. In addition to their degrees, they also hold certifications such as MRICS Valuation from RICS and Agente de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria from Ministerio de Fomento, both obtained in the past.
