Estevam Pan Mendes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth management, customer lifecycle, and business development, primarily within the technology-driven food sector at iFood since January 2020. As the Manager of Growth & Customer Lifecycle for iFood Pago, Estevam focuses on business strategy, customer engagement, and profitability management. Previous roles include leadership positions in product development and business intelligence, where Estevam successfully built new business units and established strategic partnerships while overseeing P&L management. Prior experience at Kimberly-Clark involved managing significant procurement portfolios and leading projects that resulted in enhanced cost efficiencies and production capabilities. Estevam holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from FEI and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at USP/Esalq, set to conclude in September 2026.
