Sean Clarke

Sean Clarke has a diverse work experience in automation, engineering, and sales. Sean started their career at General Motors Corporation in 2000, where they worked as a Software/Electrical Vehicle Engineer. During their time there, they progressed through various positions and gained expertise in software engineering, vehicle communication design, and troubleshooting.

In 2007, Sean joined EESCO, a division of WESCO Distribution, as a Senior Account Representative. Sean was responsible for selling industrial automation and electrical products and services to clients in the Chicago area. Sean achieved significant success in new territory development and managed a multimillion dollar customer portfolio.

Since 2010, Sean has been with IFP Automation, where they currently serve as a Partner Owner & Director of Automation & Engineering. Sean previously held the role of Automation Business Unit Manager. At IFP Automation, Sean specializes in designing, engineering, integrating, and supplying electrical automation, controls, and fluid power motion products to industrial OEM, mobile OEM, systems integrators, and end-user customers. Sean has helped companies overcome challenges related to reducing engineering development time and improving machine performance, output, and quality.

Sean Clarke completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, from 1997 to 2001. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, from 2011 to 2014. During the same period, they also earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA with a specialization in Marketing from the same institution.
