Roxana Shakeri is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations, human resources, and customer service within the hospitality sector. Since April 2017, Roxana has held various positions at IFPMA, including Associate Manager of Operations & HR and Executive Assistant to the Deputy Director General & COO.
