Diogo Leão's work experience begins in 2002 as an Administrator of Network at Xnet informatica. From 2004 to 2008, they worked as a Technical Specialist at Lan Designers, managing projects and providing infrastructure consulting for various clients. In 2008, they joined B2W Digital as an Information Technology Manager, overseeing a multidisciplinary team of 96 members and implementing new work formats and processes. Diogo also played an active role in integration projects and migrations. From 2010 to 2014, they held various positions within B2W Digital, including Coordinator of Information Technology Projects and Infrastructure and Coordinator of Information Technology. During this time, they successfully executed infrastructure migration projects and implemented methodology and tools for Software Asset Management. In 2014, they became the CIO at iFriend, where they are responsible for technology management and, in 2018, they also took on the role of Technology Manager at the same company. Finally, in 2017, they worked as a Coordinator of IT Infrastructure at Azul Seguros.

Diogo Leão completed an Executive MBA in Administration and Business at COPPEAD UFRJ in 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Processos Gerenciais (Management Processes) at Estácio, which they completed in 2014. In addition to their educational background, Diogo Leão holds several certifications, including Web Summit Lisbon 2016 from Web Summit, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belts from IASSC, COBIT Foundation from ISACA, CSM from Scrum Alliance, PRINCE2 FOUNDATION from the Office of Government Commerce, Aperfeiçoamento em Gestão de Projetos (Project Management Improvement) from COPPEAD UFRJ, Deploying and Managing ISA Server 2000 from Microsoft, MCSA Security on Windows 2003 from Microsoft, Upgrading System Engineer Skills from Windows 2003 Server from Microsoft, MCDBA SQL Server 2000 from Microsoft, MCSE on Microsoft Windows 2000 from Microsoft, PMI-RMP from Project Management Institute, PMP from Project Management Institute, and CCNA from Cisco.
