Adam Merrill

Adam Merrill has worked in the IT industry since 1998, beginning with their role as Non Comissioned Officer In Charge of MIS TMO Office Camp Lejeune, NC at the United States Marine Corps. In 2000, they became IT Manager at GMP Genetics, where they deployed and implemented 3 separate LIMS systems. From 2003 to 2004, they were IT Manager at Cyrano, where they setup and managed the development environment for the company. During this time, they also worked as a Technology Consultant at Syndeo Technologies, providing Windows Server and Exchange server support. From 2005 to 2022, they worked at Network Coverage, Inc., where they held the roles of Vice President - Application Services, CTO / Senior Consultant, and IT Services Manager. In 2022, they began their current role as Director of Security & IT at Operix.

Adam Merrill's education history includes attending Newburyport High School from 1992 to 1996, the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 1998 to 1999 for Computer Science, and the Cleveland Institute of Electronics from 1999 to 2000 for an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science. Adam also holds certifications from Microsoft as a Microsoft Certified Professional obtained in May 2000, and from Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner obtained in November 2018.
