Erez Epstein

Erez Epstein (安瑞) currently serves as the Director of IT Security at RealSense, overseeing IT operations, architecture, and information security since August 2025. Previously, Erez held the position of Director of IT and Security at Hunters from May 2022 to September 2025, leading global IT and information security initiatives. A long-term involvement with itSMF includes serving on the management board since 2007. Erez's extensive experience also includes roles at Amazon as the Head of IT for Africa, Turkey, and Israel from February 2017 to July 2022, and as Director of Service and Operations at Drolls Associates from 2015 to January 2017. Earlier positions include IT Service Delivery Manager at Zim and EDS (HP), as well as Team Leader and Department Manager at Comverse. Erez holds a degree in Social Sciences, International Relations, and Affairs from Israel TAU and completed education at Eilon High School.
