Alicia Casuso

Alicia Casuso is an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in software development and project management. Currently employed at Operix since February 2015, Alicia focuses on eliciting and documenting requirements for a new React Native app and overseeing migration and new features for a SaaS platform. Previous roles include Product Owner, where Alicia led a Scrum team in transitioning the SaaS to a standalone model, and a lead software analyst responsible for requirements analysis and UI design. Prior experience includes systems development at LenddoEFL, web development management at Cegal Norway, and various development roles using PHP-MySQL. Alicia holds diplomas in Computer Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and Liberal Arts from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
