Jaime Stella is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in various industries, currently serving as Chief Product Officer at Operix since December 2025. Previously, Jaime held the position of Head of Product at Harness, where the focus was on connecting consumers with nonprofits and brands through a financial technology platform. Prior roles include VP of Product at both ServiceTrade, a vertical SaaS platform for commercial service contracting, and PowerDMS by NEOGOV, which provides a leading SaaS platform for public safety, healthcare, and education. Jaime's career also includes significant contributions at Electronic Arts as Senior Director of Product Management, overseeing large teams and delivering global digital experiences, as well as leadership roles at Sports Technologies, ESPN, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cornell University. Jaime holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University and has completed executive education at MIT Sloan.
