Calle Bäckman is a Lead and Senior UX Researcher with extensive experience in turning user data into meaningful product outcomes. They began their career as a Call Center Assistant at Transcom and climbed the ranks to become a Technical / Product Specialist and later a Coach, focusing on customer support and engagement. Calle worked as a UX Researcher at Collector Bank and Telia, where they utilized both qualitative and quantitative methods to enhance user experience. Currently, they serve as a Lead UX Researcher at IFS, continuing their quest to make the world more data-informed in user experience design. Calle holds a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from the University of Skövde.
