Jan Taraldsen

Jan Taraldsen has extensive experience in the energy, utilities, and resources sectors, currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Operations at IFS since January 2005. Previously, Jan held various positions at IFS, including Director of Project Management and Business Development Consultant. Jan's career at IFS Norge AS spanned from January 2001 to December 2004, where responsibilities included serving as a Key Account Manager and acting as Business Area Director for one year. Prior roles include Key Account Manager and Project Manager at Maskin AS Argo, as well as Sales Manager at Terramar Informasjonssystemer. Early career experience includes a significant tenure at Maskin AS Argo, where Jan also managed IT and QA responsibilities, and a role as Sales Manager and QA Manager at Procon Engineering, which is now known as National Oilwell Varco.
