Kevin Gillett currently holds the position of Vice President of Legal Affairs for the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions at IFS, a role taken on in June 2019. Prior to this, Kevin served as Senior Legal Counsel for Telstra's Enterprise & Government business unit from August 2011 to October 2018. Kevin's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Contracts Negotiator at IBM United Kingdom from December 2002 to July 2011, specializing in legal matters across the UK, Scandinavia, and Benelux. Kevin began professional practice as a Solicitor in Technology, eBusiness, and Communications at Pinsent Masons from June 2000 to November 2002. Kevin's legal career commenced at KPMG in South Africa as Corporate Legal Counsel from November 1996 to April 1999 and later included a Project Manager role at KPMG UK where Kevin contributed to establishing K-Legal. Kevin's educational background includes a BA LLB from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Legal Extension Course from the University of Sydney.
