Kristel van Steenhoven

Kristel van Steenhoven serves as the Senior HR Director for Europe and LATAM at IFS since August 2019, also holding the role of Global HR Business Partner for multiple business units. Responsibilities include advising on workforce and succession planning, employee engagement, and developing high-performance teams. Kristel advocates for employee wellbeing through workshops and has a strong passion for mergers and acquisitions. Past roles at IFS include HR Business Partner for Benelux and Spain, project lead for employee engagement surveys, and integration efforts in Israel post-M&A. Previous experience spans HR management roles at Semaku, Hays, and several other organizations in various capacities. Kristel holds degrees in Labor Law and Quality and Process Management, along with relevant certifications in real estate and management.
