Kushal Pandya

Kushal Pandya is an experienced professional with a strong background in retail management, operations, and engineering within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as Duty Manager at IGA, INC. since November 2018, Kushal has demonstrated leadership skills by training new employees and ensuring effective stock management. Simultaneously, since July 2020, Kushal holds the position of Operations Manager at Solar Masters, overseeing project management, customer engagement, and compliance with Clean Energy Council standards. Previous roles include Project Coordinator for NHP Electrical Engineering Products and Engineering Trainee at DS ENERGY, where Kushal gained valuable experience in project delivery and technical support.
