Nigel Brooke

Nigel Brooke is an experienced estate management professional with a strong background in planning and property management. Currently serving as Estate Manager at Star Energy Group plc since October 2018, Nigel oversees various estate activities. Prior to this role, Nigel worked as Estates Surveyor at Tarmac from September 2013 to 2018, focusing on planning and estates for industrial properties. Nigel also spent over a decade at Lafarge, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of over 100 Readymix sites and handling lease renewals and business rates. Earlier experience includes working as Estates Surveyor dealing with agricultural and commercial properties and serving as Planning and Estates Assistant at David L. Walker Chartered Surveyors. Nigel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Property Development from Sheffield Hallam University, completed in 1999.
