Ross Glover

Ross Glover is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Star Energy Group plc, focusing on onshore oil and gas exploration and low carbon energy sectors. Prior to this, Ross was the Managing Director at Wind Ventures where Ross developed onshore wind and solar farms. Ross also held the position of Managing Director at Olive Green Energy, investing in wind, solar, and biomass projects. With previous experience as a Special Projects Manager at Brook Henderson Group and an Engineering Superintendent at Namibian Minerals Corporation, Ross has a strong background in investment, acquisitions, and operational management. Ross holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
