Franziska Raaflaub

Franziska Raaflaub currently serves as a Juristin at the Eidgenössisches Institut für Geistiges Eigentum since July 2023 and has held a role as a Freelance Translator for the Schweizer Blasmusikverband since July 2021, specializing in translations from French to German. Additional freelance translation work is conducted for LT Lawtank, while simultaneously pursuing a PhD at Université de Fribourg/Universität Freiburg, where also holds the position of Graduate Student Research Assistant. Previous experience includes roles as a Freelance Journalist for Anzeiger von Saanen, and positions in legal administration and trainee roles at Kellerhals Carrard and Bär & Karrer. Educational credentials include a Master of Law (MLaw) and a Bachelor of Law (BLaw utr. iur) from Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg, along with a Matura in Spanish and Philosophy from Gymnasium Interlaken.
