Denish Sonani

Denish Sonani serves as a Senior Project Manager at HPM, overseeing significant bond program management projects for various school districts, including a notable $508MM program for Round Rock ISD. In addition, Denish acts as an Investor and Advisor at Optimized Building Intelligence and is the Founder of iGeek. Previous experiences include notable roles as Assistant Project Manager at Thakkar Developers, where contributions led to a $350M+ Master Plan, and as Project Engineer at Teixeira Duarte, managing high-rise residential projects. Denish's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Management and Leadership, an MBA in International Business, and a Master’s in Construction Management, complemented by a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
