THE ROLE
The Cloud Services at IGEL support the OS and Management solutions. The containerized webservices run in an orchestration hosted at cloud providers. The containers are also provided to customers to be hosted and managed independently in their infrastructure. The developers (m/f/d) are involved in the entire software development process. They are also involved in deploying, monitoring and maintaining the services. As a Software Developer (m/f/d) in the Cloud Services department, you are a specialist in the field of webservices with a focus on providing backend solutions.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or relevant professional experience
Minimum of 8 years professional experience
Heavyweight of experience in backend development
Expert in the field of JavaScript, MongoDB and Access Management
In-Depth technological knowledge and knowledge of continuous integration, build and release management
Excellent problem solving skills
Critical and independent thinker who is able to analyze complex technical concepts
Provide innovative solutions
Effective Collaboration, also within cross-functional teams
Communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
Continuous Learner: Staying abreast of industry standards, trends and emerging technologies
Ability to work without supervision
