Mugdha Bapat-Dongerkery

Mugdha Bapat-Dongerkery has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Mugdha currently holds the position of Vice President - Head of Presales at Genesys International Corporation Ltd, starting in December 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Lepton Software from September 2020 to December 2023, where they held multiple roles including Vice President - Product Development and Solutions, Head Of Product Development, Solution, Delivery, and Head Of Product Management - Analytics Products. Before joining Lepton Software, they served as the General Manager - Realtime & Enterprise Analytics at Vodafone Idea Limited from September 2018 to September 2020. Mugdha also has experience in leadership roles at Vodafone as Assistant General Manager from November 2015 to September 2018 and as Sr Manager from December 2007 to November 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Analyst at Infosys Technologies Ltd from August 2007 to December 2007. Mugdha also gained experience at Reliance Communications as well as Emerson Network Power and Teksan Electronics as a Trainee.

Mugdha Bapat-Dongerkery holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Leeds, which they are pursuing from 2021 to 2023. Mugdha obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from RGIT in 2003. Mugdha also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a specialization in Marketing from SCDL. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in April 2019.
