Monica Thuraiyur Damodaran

Monica Thuraiyur Damodaran is a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at IGEN since August 2022, with a strong background in software testing and consulting. Prior experience includes consultancy roles at Schneider, where automation efforts led to significant time savings in handling employee records and improving the payroll process during the pandemic, alongside enhancing equipment utilization. Earlier, Monica worked as a Software Test Engineer at Nous Infosystems, focusing on test case development, cross-functional collaboration, and various testing methodologies. Monica holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming from Periyar University, and is currently expanding expertise in cloud computing through the AWS Monica Builds CloudUp Program.
