Jan Brońka

Jan Brońka is an experienced Technical Director at IGE+XAO Poland, with a career spanning over two decades in software and production management within the CAD/CAE/PLM domains. Key responsibilities include overseeing production management across three sites, team motivation, quality control, and the introduction of innovative tools and methodologies. Jan has held various managerial roles, advancing from Software Engineer to Team Manager and Production Manager, and has successfully managed teams of up to 60 people. Additional experience includes software engineering roles at ADAPTA and Zespol Szkol Lacznosci, as well as teaching electronics. Academic qualifications include a degree in engineering from AGH University of Krakow and several professional certifications, notably in Scrum and process improvement methodologies. Currently, Jan is pursuing further education at INSEAD.
