Panos Koutras serves as the General Manager of IGE+XAO HELLAS since September 2014, bringing extensive management experience from previous roles including General Manager at ARC Engineering s.m. PC from July 2009 to August 2014 and at ARC Trade & Engineering LTD from October 1992 to June 2009. Prior to these positions, Panos Koutras held the role of CAD Department Manager at DATACON SA from April 1989 to November 1992, focusing on education services for AutoCAD users and launching CAD applications in the Greek market. Additionally, Panos Koutras operated as a self-employed Mechanical Engineer from January 1987 to October 1989, specializing in technical and economic surveys of electro-mechanical projects. Educationally, Panos Koutras holds an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, completed in 1987, and attended the 4th High School of Thessaloniki from 1975 to 1981.
