Yelena Mathura

Yelena Mathura has accumulated extensive experience in account coordination and customer service. Currently serving as an Account Coordinator for Holmen Iggesund since May 2019, Yelena previously worked as a Trainer at Convergys from May 2018 to May 2019. With a significant tenure at American Airlines from January 2008 to 2016, Yelena began in the reservation office, progressed to a front desk agent, and ultimately held the position of Accounts Clerk, managing accounts for the Mexico, Caribbean, and Latin America region. Earlier experience includes a role as Supervisor and Customer Service Representative at CELLTRONICS MOBILE LIMITED from January 2006 to October 2008, overseeing operations and training staff. Yelena holds an education credential from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
