Yelena Mathura has accumulated extensive experience in account coordination and customer service. Currently serving as an Account Coordinator for Holmen Iggesund since May 2019, Yelena previously worked as a Trainer at Convergys from May 2018 to May 2019. With a significant tenure at American Airlines from January 2008 to 2016, Yelena began in the reservation office, progressed to a front desk agent, and ultimately held the position of Accounts Clerk, managing accounts for the Mexico, Caribbean, and Latin America region. Earlier experience includes a role as Supervisor and Customer Service Representative at CELLTRONICS MOBILE LIMITED from January 2006 to October 2008, overseeing operations and training staff.
