David King

David King has served on the former International General Holdings Limited Board since 2018, serving as Chairman of its Risk & Audit committee. David also serves as a non-executive director of IGI UK. Additionally, he serves as a member of the boards of directors of Forex Capital Markets Limited and serves as chairman of its audit committees and is a member of its remuneration committee.

From 2010 to 2012, he was the executive director of Middle East business development at China Construction Bank International. Prior to that, David held the positions of director of finance & administration and chief executive officer of The London Metal Exchange from 1987 to 2001, managing director and acting chief executive of the DFSA from 2003 to 2005 and managing director of global banking in the MENA division of HSBC Bank Middle East Limited from 2005 to 2009.
