Michael Gray

Michael Gray is the Chief Executive Officer of The Gray Insurance Company, a middle-market property and casualty insurance company, and most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Tiberius Acquisition Corporation, the blank check special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) incorporated in 2015 to serve as a vehicle for the acquisition of a target business, ultimately completing a business combination with IGI in 2020.

Michael is Chairman of the Louisiana Insurance Guaranty Association, a position he has held since 2008, and Director of both American Insurance Association and the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America.
