Motasem Alaween's work experience begins in 2009 at the Department of Statistics, where they worked as a Technical Support until 2012. In the same year, they joined Aspire Services as an IT Support Engineer for a duration of one year. Afterwards, in 2012, they joined BP as an IT Technical Support Engineer, providing support for users and network administrators, maintaining network infrastructure, and installing new hardware and software. Their role at BP lasted until 2014. Currently, Motasem is working at IGI - International General Insurance Co. Ltd. as the Head of IT Service since July 2021, and previously as a Technical Support Administrator since November 2014.
Motasem Alaween obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from AL Balqa' Applied University, which they attended from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Al Salt Secondary School, majoring in the scientific branch and scoring 83.7. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Kaspersky Certified Professional: Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows from Kaspersky Lab in 2017.
