Max has a strong background in managing field support activities, providing technical assistance, and coordinating communication between support teams across various locations in the UK. Prior experience includes working at NPS Group, where responsibilities encompassed 1st and 2nd line support for over 1000 users across multiple offices, and completing an Advanced IT Apprenticeship at Zenos IT Training.
