Alisha Ramji

Alisha Ramji, MBA, CTDP, MCATD has a diverse work experience in learning and development roles. Alisha is currently working at IGM Financial Inc. as a Senior Manager of Learning & Development CSO. In this role, they are responsible for managing and driving utilization and ROI of IGM learning experience platforms, as well as planning, developing, facilitating, and measuring employee and leadership development programs.

Prior to their current position, Alisha worked at Canada Goose as a Learning Specialist, where they consulted with HRBPs and managers to assess learning needs, developed a learning framework applicable to all areas of the business, and selected appropriate training mediums.
