Michael Hutson

Michael Hutson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile project management and digital transformation within the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master and Agile Team Coach at IGM Financial Inc., Michael focuses on modernizing contact centers through AI and high-performance team building. Previous roles include leadership positions at Scotiabank, where Michael managed large-scale digital transformation initiatives and multi-million dollar budgets involving international hybrid teams. Michael also co-founded Execute Strategy, Inc., providing tailored agile delivery frameworks for banking clients, and has held significant consulting roles at CGI and technology management positions at Target and Hudson's Bay Company. Michael holds an MBA in Management of Technology and Innovation, a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Technology Management, and several project management and telecommunications certificates from Toronto Metropolitan University.
