Joe Raines

Joe Raines has over 30 years of work experience in human resources management. Joe started their career at Black & Decker in 1980, where they served as a Human Resources Manager until 1993. In 2010, they joined IGM Resins as a Human Resources Manager, and they continue to hold this position.

Joe Raines attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 1966 to 1970, where they earned a degree in Economics.
