Michael Lotman

Vice President, Operations at IGM Resins

Michael Lotman has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Michael is currently the Chief Operational Officer at FENZI Official since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Operations at IGM Resins starting from April 2013. From October 2008 to June 2012, Michael held the position of Executive Director of Operations at Bostik, where they were responsible for executing business strategies and building operational excellence. Before that, they served as the Director of Operations for the Global Nonwoven Business at Bostik from October 2005 to October 2008. Michael also has relevant experience from their time at Cook Composites and Polymers, where they held various roles such as Director of Operations, Coatings and Plant Manager. Overall, Michael brings a wealth of experience in leading operations teams, implementing safety measures, improving service levels, and achieving cost savings.

Michael Lotman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Marquette University, which they obtained in 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Oklahoma in 1993. Additionally, they hold another Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemical Engineering, which they received in 1987 from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University).
