Paola Varallo

Paola Varallo has extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Paola is currently the Operations Technical Director at IGM Resins, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Plant Manager at IGM Resins from November 2016 to June 2022.

Before joining IGM Resins, Paola worked at BASF ITALIA S.p.A, where they held several roles. Paola was the Plant Manager from June 2016 to October 2016 and the Operations Manager from March 2016 to May 2016. Prior to these roles, they were the Technical Services Head from November 2013 to February 2016.

Paola also worked at BASF Italia as the Plant Engineering Head from February 2013 to November 2013. Before that, they were the Direttore tecnico at Garbo srl from October 2010 to February 2013.

Paola'searlier experience includes working as the Technology Manager at Sued Chemie Catalysts Italia from December 1998 to September 2010, and as a Process Engineer at Balcke Duerr Swenson Italia from September 1992 to November 1998.

Paola Varallo started their education journey in 1980 at Liceo Scientifico Statale Antonelli. Paola completed their studies there in 1985 with a degree called "Maturità scientifica." Following that, Paola pursued higher education at Politecnico di Milano from 1985 to 1991. Paola obtained a degree in "Ingegneria Chimica" from Politecnico di Milano.
