Jessie Wade

Jessie Wade has extensive experience in event management, editorial strategy, and content creation, currently serving as Senior Manager of Events and Promotions at IGN Entertainment since June 2019. In this role, Jessie oversees content promotion plans, manages editorial design, and leads the science vertical while ensuring high-quality journalism standards. Prior freelance work from 2009 to 2019 includes writing and editing for various companies, including Burton Snowboards and HelloGiggles. Jessie also held the position of Editor-in-Chief at the University Chronicle, successfully transitioning the publication to a digital-only format and receiving multiple regional and national awards. Educationally, Jessie earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Geography from St. Cloud State University, graduating in 2018.
