Doug Mowery

Douglas Mowery, LCSW, currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of Programs and Managing Director of Residential and Clinical Programs at Ignite, where responsibilities include overseeing the Belfort House transitional living program for young adults experiencing homelessness. Mowery has extensive experience in various roles within the organization, including Senior Director and Case Manager. Previous positions held include Therapeutic Case Manager at KVC Health Systems, Belfort House Case Manager and Youth Development Specialist I at Teen Living Programs, School Social Work Intern at Hinsdale South High School, College Access Assistant at Higher Heights Youth Empowerment Programs, and Truancy Prevention Intern at Kansas Children's Service League. Mowery holds a Master of Social Work focused on School Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Social Work from The University of Kansas.
