Robert Hamilton serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer at IGNITE since June 2021, previously holding positions in the U.S. Air Force Reserve as the 10 AF/A4 Deputy Director of Logistics, Engineering, and Force Protection since May 2023 and as a Joint Staff Officer from January 2020 to April 2023. Hamilton has extensive experience in the FBI, where roles included Senior Executive overseeing operational support for the National Capital Region and leading the integration of personnel and resources to Huntsville, AL. Previously, Hamilton held various leadership positions in the United States Air Force and Raytheon, demonstrating expertise in logistics, operations, and strategic planning. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business, a General Management Program certificate from Harvard Business School Executive Education, and a distinguished bachelor’s degree from the United States Air Force Academy.
