Richard Walters

Richard Walters has extensive work experience in various industries. Richard started their career in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman in 1998. Richard later worked as a Military Advisor at Ashford University and was a top recruiter for enrollment in undergraduate and graduate online degree programs. Richard also owned their own business, W R Walters LLC.

In recent years, Walters has worked as a Project Manager at Level Up Roofing & Construction, where they managed several construction projects. Richard also worked as a salesperson at Ohio National Financial Services. In 2021, they joined Ignite Cyber as the Head of Business Development, where they led customer security assessments, managed cash flow, and conducted due diligence on over 30 clients.

Currently, Walters is a Land Acquisition Manager at Gated Rentals, where they oversee the acquisition of properties for rental purposes. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong work ethic and a keen ability to drive growth through sales and business development.

Richard Walters has an extensive education background. In 2002, they attended the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, where they obtained a degree in Finance with a focus on Real Estate. Later, they pursued an Executive Education Certificate Program for Business Leaders at Texas McCombs School of Business in 2018. The following year, in 2017, they took the Business foundations course by the University of Pennsylvania at The Wharton School. Richard is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Data Analytics at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, with an expected graduation date in 2023. Richard also obtained a certification in life insurance in April 2015.
