Clayton Hinchman is the CEO at Ignite. Clayton was previously the Deputy Director at the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) from January 2009 to December 2012. In this role, they led meetings with members of the House and Senate to promote military personnel readiness and benefits. Clayton Hinchman also served as a Platoon Leader in the US Army from May 2005 to December 2009. Clayton was part of the 10th Mountain Division and Special Operations Task Force 17. Unfortunately, they stepped on an IED and lost a leg.
Clayton Hinchman's educational career consists of a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Policy Management from Georgetown University, a Certificate in Business Excellence from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, and a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from Babson College.
