Joel Palix

Joël Palix is the founder of Palix Unlimited, a boutique consultancy established in June 2019 that provides advisory services to brands, retailers, start-ups, private equity funds, and corporate venture funds in the beauty, cosmetics, wellness, fashion, luxury goods, and premium services sectors. Since September 2021, Joël has served as Chairman of Spotlight Oral Care and holds the position of Directeur non exécutif at Silverwood Brands PLC since November 2022. Additional roles include Administrateur at Les Secrets de Loly and Board Member at EsCoBe, starting in September 2022 and May 2023, respectively. Joël is also a member of the Board of Advisors for True Beauty Ventures and Ignite Venture Studio and has been involved with Edge Beauty, Inc. and IEVA since September 2019 and July 2019, respectively, as a non-executive director. Joël Palix holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree from ESCP Business School.
