Joël Palix

Joël Palix is the Founder of Palix Unlimited, a boutique consultancy established in June 2019, specializing in advising brands, retailers, start-ups, and private equity funds in the beauty, cosmetics, and wellness sectors, among others. Additionally, Joël holds prominent positions including Chairman at Spotlight Oral Care, Non-Executive Director at Silverwood Brands PLC, and Administrator at Les Secrets de Loly. Joël serves on the boards of multiple advisory bodies, including True Beauty Ventures and Ignite Venture Studio, and is a Non-Executive Director at IEVA.
