Josh Ghaim

Josh Ghaim, Ph.D., is the founder of Ignite Venture Studio and serves as the CEO of Small World Brands, which includes Nuria Beauty and Recharge Health, since September 2019. Additionally, Josh Ghaim is a board member at Cue Health, a publicly-traded digital health and device company, since July 2022. Previously, Josh Ghaim held various senior roles at Johnson & Johnson Family of Consumer Companies from 2006 to 2019, including Chief Technology Officer, Vice President of Global Consumer Healthcare R&D, and Vice President of Global Oral Healthcare RD&E. Prior to those positions, Josh Ghaim worked at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare and Colgate Palmolive Company in various management and scientific roles. Academically, Josh Ghaim earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
