Laura Reece is currently the Associate Vice President of Learning & Development at Ignite Philanthropy, where Laura works to connect people, ideas, and capital to fuel community solutions. Prior to their current role, Laura held various positions within nonprofit organizations such as GRAD Cincinnati, where Laura worked as a Program Coordinator and Marketing and Development Coordinator. Laura also has experience as an AmeriCorps VISTA member, a Development Apprentice at Spoleto Festival USA, and a Collections Management Intern at Gibbes Museum of Art. Laura holds a Master of Arts in Educational Studies from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Art in Art History and Arts Management from the College of Charleston.
