Angela Homsi

Angela Homsi has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Angela is a founder of Ignite Power, a clean infra-tech company that focuses on providing clean energy solutions in Africa. Angela is also a Founding Partner at Angaza Capital, an investment firm supporting tech-enabled businesses in Africa and the Middle East. Additionally, Angela has served as an Investment Committee Member at MicroVest Capital Management and GMG Investment Advisors, where they worked towards addressing the financial needs of the working poor. Angela has also worked as a Project Manager at the Portland Trust, a private foundation promoting economic development between Palestinians and Israelis. Angela has further contributed to the field through their role as an Investment Professional at Generation Investment Management, where they focused on sustainable investing. Prior to that, they gained experience at Goldman Sachs as a Trader and in Investment Management. Angela has also shared their expertise as a guest lecturer and speaker at various renowned institutions and conferences.

Angela Homsi has a diverse education history. Angela completed an Executive Program in exponential technologies at Singularity University in 2014. Prior to that, they earned an M.Phil (DEA) in Mathematics and Finance from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 2002 to 2004. Angela also attended the same university from 2000 to 2002, studying Math & Economics. In 1999, they briefly studied Economics at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
