Celia Boltz is an experienced professional with a strong background in partnerships, sales enablement, and education. Currently serving as the Director of Partnerships at Ignite Reading since July 2024, Celia previously held the same title at BetterLesson. At K12 Insight, Celia excelled as the Director of Sales Enablement & Revenue Operations, where strategic oversight of sales operations and client engagement was key. Earlier positions include Account Executive and Customer Success Manager, showcasing expertise in client acquisition and satisfaction. Additionally, Celia's leadership experience as President/CEO of the Junior League of Northern Virginia highlights proficiency in strategic planning and organizational development.
