Tiago Kraetzer de Oliveira

Tiago Kraetzer de Oliveira is an experienced project manager with a robust background in managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams. Since October 2017, Tiago has been with IgniteTech, initially as Project Coordinator I, advancing to Project Coordinator II, and currently serving as Project Manager, where responsibilities include managing over 100 projects, leading a team of software engineers and business analysts, and implementing PMO processes. Prior experience includes managerial roles at CDIS, overseeing PMO processes for a significant power plant project, and RTK Indústria, where Tiago led marketing research and business strategy development. Tiago's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidade de Brasília, an MBA in Corporate Finance from FGV, an MBA in Business Technology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from FIAP.
