Before Ignite, Josh co-founded Concordis Solutions Inc. as a Sr. Solutions Engineer, engaging in solution design and implementation for Cisco products. Earlier in their career, roles included Systems Consultant at UNIS LUMIN/Softchoice and Computer Operations Supervisor at Calfrac Well Services Ltd., where Josh advanced through various IT positions. Josh holds a Network Engineering Technology Diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, earned between 2001 and 2003.
