In previous roles, they served as Head of People at OCUS, where they oversaw significant team growth while managing a comprehensive people strategy. Sophie also held senior marketing and communications positions at McDonald's France and Imperial Tobacco, contributing to brand performance and market strategy. They hold a double master's degree in economics and management, as well as a Master's in Business Administration and Management.
