Dalvin Govender

Dalvin Govender is an accomplished service delivery manager with extensive experience in operations management, currently serving at Ignition Group since December 2022. Previously, Dalvin held positions at uConnect Mobile as an app and third-party manager, and at The Unlimited as both an app operations manager and customer service manager, demonstrating a strong ability to optimize digital ecosystems and enhance user experiences. Earlier experience includes serving as a control room technical manager at Real Telematics, where crisis management and contingency planning were key responsibilities.
